Are you troubled by the problem of fat in the abdomen and found a deadlock as the solution? Do not linger in despair, get aerobic exercise.

A recent study suggests that aerobic exercise is the best choice when you feel the need to eliminate the fat deposits in the abdominal area.

Abdominal fat or visceral fat is known as fatty liver and is located deep within the abdominal cavity and filling the space between the internal organs. Abdominal fat is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

"The health risks increase due to accumulation of fat stored in body fat needed to defeat the body," said Cris Slentz, physiologist and author of a study published in this journal Physiology America.

"Our study sought to identify the most effective form of exercise to get rid of unhealthy fats," he added.

He emphasized that resistance exercises like lifting weights is great for improving muscle strength as well as streamline the body.

"But if you are overweight and want to shed the excess fat in the abdomen, aerobic exercise is a better choice because it burns more calories," he said.

According to the research, aerobics burns 67 percent more calories than resistance training.
