Three Minutes, Standard Time The Breakfast
How much time do you spend for breakfast? Or maybe, you are not among those who had had time for breakfast?
According to data recently conducted a survey company, Weetabix in the UK, the average person spends his breakfast just three minutes 15 seconds only on weekdays, and most of the time they made up for breakfast pressed for time.
Only half of respondents surveyed said it still should be able to spend eating breakfast as well, the rest many are choosing to take potluck with a rush, and many others who choose not breakfast time work while blaming the very beginning.
Approximately one-fifth of those surveyed only ate half the portion of his breakfast because of time owned only a few. Spend a third of breakfast in the kitchen, some in the bedroom, and in the bathroom, at the same time they're dressed or take a walk while the other purposes memersiapkan with potluck breakfast menu.
While more than a third said that they ate their first meal of the day on the bus or train. In Birmingham, as much as 59 percent of people said that they were too busy with the internet or watching television in the morning so do not eat breakfast.
In London, as much as 57 percent said the same thing, and 52 percent of people from Bristol and 51 per cent of Mancunians agreed.
Note also, that one in seven respondents eat at the table, at least one day a week. And only three-quarters of which are still saying that breakfast is the most important meal.
"Research shows that 1, 2 million respondents who we find has time to eat breakfast every morning. This shows that people in the UK in general understand the importance of breakfast, although they only got to eat on the bus or in the bathroom. However, all attempts to match the time available, "said company spokesman Weetabix survey, Sian Porter, as reported by the Times of India, Thursday (15/12/2011).
